reinstalling vista on 64 bit pc

Reinstalling Vista on a 64 bit pc

I had installed vista on a 32 bit amd 2100+ but now I plan to upgrade to a 64 bit AMD 3500+. So the question is, will I be able to use the product key that I got with my dvds even if i already installed it.
I plan to uninstall it to make room for the 64 bit version of course.

Yes, you can use the same product key. Keys are the same for both the 32bit and 64bit Vista. You are allowed to install onto 10 pcs.
